Meet the Team

Eric Fisher
Master’s Level Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
Hi there, my name is Eric. I’m a Master’s Level Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association.
My Master’s degree (MS) is in Clinical Mental Health Counselling and I hold a Bachelor's degree (BS) in Psychology.
I have over nine years of experience in the counseling field in both Canada and the US. I’ve worked in inpatient and outpatient settings which have given me many experiences, learning, and personal growth.
As human beings, I believe that connection is paramount. I join with others in an empathic, genuine, and nonjudgemental way.
I often collaborate with those needing help with trauma, addiction, anxiety, relationship concerns, stress, and depression. I see therapy as requiring a holistic touch as there are many avenues to healing.
My goal is to be client-centered and eclectic with my therapy approach. Using a screwdriver to hammer in a nail doesn’t often work! Through working together I hope we are able to open doors that have not yet been opened, close doors that require closing, renovate rooms needing a change, and discover blind spots which were unseen before.
Empowerment is vital to the therapeutic process, and I aim to help you find the starting point in your journey of self-discovery.
Therapies Offered:
1. Accelerated Resolution Therapy - Advanced Certification
2. EMDR - Basic Training Completed
3. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
4. Strength-Based
5. Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

I also draw from attachment theory, family systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and The Gottman Method

Valerie Di Paolo
Holistic Nutrition Practitioner C.H.N
My name is Valerie Di Paolo, and I’m Certified in Holistic Nutrition Counseling. I currently perform my services out of the Zen Clinic.
I earned my Diploma at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and hold the designation of C.H.N., Certified in Holistic Nutrition.
I work with people of all ages from pediatrics to adulthood. In a compassionate manner, I help clients identify how their current diet and nutrition habits may be impacting the physiological function of their body systems or mental health. I guide clients towards their health and wellness goals by creating a sustainable nutrition and lifestyle plan aimed at supporting each body system and the bio-individual.
Sessions are conducted after reviewing completed intake forms in advance, to assess the entire health and wellness picture including potential body system imbalances for the root cause. This falls in relation to symptoms being experienced, main concerns, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
Each session holds a judgment-free attitude and is geared towards empowering each client with educational information. This information is intended to serve as lifelong tools and strategies to achieve optimal health and wellness. Clients leave empowered with knowledge alongside a nutritional, supplement (if required), and lifestyle plan with the option to continue with me along their journey.
