"After struggling the past year with the loss of my brother and best friend I started to struggle with depression and was losing my excitement for life. It's hard to take time for yourself but the week I spent there was the best decision that I could have made for myself. I learnt how to be more present, how to relax and how to work through the loss and other trauma. ART therapy, coaching, reiki, energy healing and yoga were all part of the retreat that I attended and all the staff and services helped me to find peace, heal and gain excitement back in my life. I learned to love myself again and let go of guilt and sadness as well as process the grief in a safe and caring environment that is truly set up to allow you to heal and grow.
