BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, YOU ARE CONFIRMING YOUR DATES AND THAT YOU AGREE TO ALL OF VITA WELLNESS TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NON-REFUNDABLE/CANCELLATION POLICIES THAT ARE LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. Please also note that we have seasonal pricing.
Please review our non-cancellation and non refundable policy before booking: Payment Options: Please note we only accept the following: e-transfer payment, bank deposit. Credit cards are not accepted for payment and are just provided for incidentals, and will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment Plans: If you opt for a payment plan, only the chosen deposit amount will be charged to your selected payment method at this time. Cancellation or Non-Payment Fee: If full payment is not received or completed after the submission of this form—whether the payment was to be made via e-transfer, through a selected payment plan, or via a bank depoist transfer—a cancellation fee equivalent to 10-20% of the total booking price will be applied. Additionally, any payments or deposits already made shall remain strictly non-refundable. Seasonal Pricing is as follows: 10% increase from: -November 1st to January 31st -May 1st to September 1st Commitment: By submitting this form, you are committing to attending the retreat on the specified dates and paying for the full retreat cost. Credit Card Requirement: A credit card is required even if you choose e-transfer or bank deposit as your payment method; however, it will not be charged. Confirmation and Documentation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation, a paid receipt, and retreat forms. All forms must be signed and returned before your arrival. Payment and Refund Policy: Vita Wellness Retreats requires full payment for the entirety of the retreat at the time of booking unless an alternative payment plan has been expressly approved in writing. All payments made to Vita Wellness Retreats are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances. Rescheduling Policy: If a valid reason necessitates rescheduling, the retreat may be rebooked only with prior written approval. Such requests must be submitted and approved no less than 14 days before the scheduled retreat date. Early Departure Policy Should you choose to depart early for any reason, no credits, refunds, or transferable days will be provided. Additionally, any unused retreat days cannot be transferred to another individual If you choose to cancel your booking there will be NO window to reschedule, rebook, or transfer. If full payment is not made or completed after booking, a cancellation fee of 10-20% of the total booking price will apply, and all other payments or deposits made remain non-refundable. All pre-booked services are non-refundable. Retreats are only valid to book or rebook for up to one year from the purchase date. By submitting this form and booking a retreat with Vita Wellness Retreats, you agree to these terms and conditions.
