Our retreat packages will be further customized depending on our client's responses to our assessment, which will be completed with your Mindset coach on your first day.
You will be working exclusively with your own mentor, yoga teacher, spa provider, healer, and coach.
This will allow you to get the most out of your investment and achieve long-term results.

This therapy aims to help release how a physical body holds on to stress, tension, and trauma, rather than only resolving problems verbally.
This mindfulness-somatic intervention is based on neuroscience and helps the physical body release stored trauma, impacting the body's overall health and wellness.
Through posture, movement, mindfulness, and breath the client will begin to release PTSD, and anxiety, connect with mind-body regulation and begin to bring forward an overall sense of wellness and health.
